Our strategy workshop is a tailored session with our senior advisory team, designed to help you navigate the complexities of the property market and make informed investment decisions.

Feasability & analysis

This crucial step helps to assess the potential of a property to deliver strong returns. As part of the analysis process we define investment goals, undertake market research, carry out extensive property evaluations, financial analysis, a risk assessment and of course your exit strategy. We prepare a feasibilty study to show you our findings & proposal.

Presentation of options

Once a suitable investment that is in alignment with your strategy has been found and the feasibility study outlining the costs of purchasing purchasing, a full cashflow analysis of property, as well as an in depth property presentation providing you with suburb facts, market research and established property options or bespoke build designs that are suitable to the land and your investment strategy.

    • Nearing completion we also help with building insurance quotes, building inspections and property management recommendations (helloooo, Legacy!) for smooth handover.

In some cases, you may be buying an established property as part of your investment strategy, in which case our buyers agent service will take over the process with you and deliver the right property for your needs.
