Once completed, return these back to us. Providing we have all the information required, we can then notify your current property manager and the current tenant – we will handle this all with care on your behalf! Documents and keys can then be collected on an arranged date.

There is no charge for switching across to Legacy Property Australia. We stand by our ‘5-star service as standard’ guarantee, and if after three months you aren’t satisfied, we will refund your management fees, no questions asked.
