As Tropical Cyclone Alfred makes it’s turn towards South East Queensland, we are expecting strong winds, rainfall & extreme storm conditions in the area over the next week and we want to ensure that you’re all prepared and staying safe during this event.

Please take the following steps;

  • Secure outdoor items: Bring in or secure any loose objects such as patio furniture, garbage cans, or decorations that could be blown away by the winds. Park cars inside garages.
  • Close windows and doors: Ensure that all windows and doors are tightly closed and locked to prevent any damage.
  • Check for any potential hazards: Look for any weak branches or trees near your home that could be at risk of falling & park cars inside your garages or carports if possible.
  • Sand Bags: If needed, collect sandbags from your closest council sandbag station.

If you have an emergency situation please contact the following;
