What does your exact role entail here today?
As Director of Property Management I attend to new business enquiries, trust accounting, day-today running of Legacy Property & our offices, and supporting the team in their roles.
When / where did your interest in property start?
I started out as a contracts administrator for sales agents when I finished school. During my time in this role I was exposed to the world of property management – I was drawn to it immediately. I knew that’s what I wanted to do so, I took a junior role as an assistant property manager and worked up from there.
What is your key passion when it comes to helping clients?
Ensuring clients know we are here to support them, providing as much knowledge as possible & taking the stress out of any situation. I want them to know their investments are in good hands. It’s extremely rewarding building a relationship & trust with clients, which allows us to help them confidently navigate the ever-changing situations that arise with owning investment properties.
